fried shrimps (kung thawt)

Simple Thai Food for you






Ingrediants

1/2 lb shrimps
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlangal or garlic powder
1 tbsp sugar
1\2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1 Cup all purpose flour
1 cup water or milk
3 cups vegetable oil

Directions

Add all ingrediaants, mix well until smood and thicken
Make it deep in mixed ingrediants
and then Let the shrimps fried in the medium high
heat oil.

serve its with any sauce you like it
